Judge tosses out large portion of AMD lawsuit against Intel
Written by t-readyroc

OK, so Dell's buying AMD chips now (finally), & the public (at least the ones who give a damn) is now aware of the fact that Intel may not have been playing entirely fair with the rest of the kids. Even if the lawsuit gets tossed, I'd say "mission accomplished" anyway... wouldn't you?

"Intel, based in Santa Clara, Calif., countered that AMD was seeking damages mostly for lost sales of German-made, Asian-assembled microprocessors to foreign customers. It called such damages 'a foreign antitrust injury (if it is one at all) for which the U.S. courts cannot provide relief,' according to a May 2 court filing."
