HKEPC has posted a table with the upcoming core changes in the X2 due out within the next couple months. 65nm = less TDP, but unfortunately, also less L2 cache.

"Previously, Athlon 64 X2 4000+/4400+/4800+ are based on 90nm Windsor with 1MB x2 L2 Cache. Now, the new re-release models are based on 65nm Brisbane with 512KB x2 L2 Cache. In addition, they are in 100MHz higher than the previous models."
