| Vista must be getting close to release, because more & more sites are publishing content with Vista as their centerpiece. I've got a couple of such articles in my inbox today to share with you. The TTZ guys have written one that will help you make Vista act exactly how you want it to act. This seemingly inane subject matter will probably be very important to the power users out there who will want to do without all of Vista's "extra's." The second article is from OSWeekly, who tackle an entirely different Vista-related subject: the drivers. Just how many of those devices you're using actually even have published Vista drivers? I think it'll be quite some time before that number reaches an acceptable level. Finally, we've got an article from across the pond at Hexus, where they've published a Vista / DirectX10 D3D primer. Yet another version of Windows, yet another version of DirectX. Vista's not even here yet, but already many game publishers are talking about their upcoming DX10 content. Are they games you're going to want? What about the graphics cards? Check it out. |
