Business2blog's got a bunch of details about Amazon's downloadable movie service: Unbox. Unbox will apparently allow the user to either buy or rent videos from Amazon, via downloads to the user's computer. In the case of a rental, the movie file will expire after the rental period. The movies will use MS' Windows Media format, with additional DRM & monitoring software.
