DirectX 10 + physics = ?

ExtremeTech's got hold of a job posting for MS where they're specifically asking for someone to joing MS's "Direct Physics Team." With the sudden shift in the graphics industry to include physics support, it should come as no surprise that MS may be looking to incorporate the technology into DirectX. From the job ad:

"You will be a member of the core engine team who will be primarily responsible for working closely with our Direct3D team, helping to define, develop and map optimized simulation and collision algorithms onto data structures that are optimized for the GPU."
