BetaNews has done some digging in the TiVo community forums, & stumbled across a survey that may indicate TiVo-powered DVR's for the Cox network. Considering the patent findings of late, I'm not surprised by this move.

"In the survey, Cox writes 'while Cox currently offers its own DVR service, the Cox DVR may soon be powered by TiVo, and include the features that TiVo owners have come to expect.'"
