nVidia threatens NGOHQ over universal SLi patch

Speaking of un-introduced features, nVidia is apparently threatening the NGOHQ guys for the universal SLi patch they got from Asrock a while back. Seems my question about smack-downs has been answered: just over a month. Heh. My advice to the NGOHQ guys: cut your losses & "comply." You can feel that you're in-the-right all you want, but unless you've got the legal resources to go up against a company like nVidia, it's just going to be more trouble for you than it's woth. Sad but true.
