Lets see, we've been using this new look for how long?  And I JUST noticed that the Submit News link was borked.  It was working fine for us admins, because we can access inactive modules, but when I logged out to look at something I noticed it wasn't working.  It's fixed now, so if you would like to submit news to us, FEEL FREE!

BTW, I'm sure some of you noticed a slight image tweak.  I've added a VERY NICE javascript pull-down menu bar from apycom Software in place of the boring bar-with-links .  Apycom was kind enough to send us a copy of their applets to review, so expect a full write up in a couple of days after I've had a chance to play with a couple more and probably incorporate another one into the site somewhere.
